Over the last two weeks of July, the number of positive tests increased 40%.According to the report stanley thermoskannen , the academy looked at state numbers that were considered children. The age ranges vary by state, and in Michigan, it includes anyone 19 and younger, but the state recently started reporting age groups 0-9 and 10-19.
