SOUTH MILWAUKEE 鈥?The lockdowns at South Milwaukee High School and Middle School Tuesday morning have been lifted following a police investigation of a threat, according to South Milwaukee Superintendent Jeff Weiss.South Milwaukee families received a letter from the superintendent stating that the schools were under a secure hold following a threat directed to the high school. South M stanley quencher ilwaukee Police Department conducted an investigation and found the person who made the threat. During the investigation, police discovered that a few students made comments following a bomb threat in a nearby district. I would like to thank our stanley website students and staff for the excellent behavior dur stanley cups ing the secure hold, said South Milwaukee Superintendent Jeff Weiss in a letter to parents. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Thank you as well to our families during what can be a stressful morning. SHEBOYGAN FALLS, Wis. 鈥?Sheboygan Falls police said a woman assaulted her child and then injured herself during an incident at an apartment Wednesday afternoon. Police say the incident happened shortly before 5 p.m. at the Plank Trail Apartments, on the northwest side of the city.During a press conference Thursday morning, Sheboygan Falls Chief of Police Eric Miller said the 41-year-old mother assaulted her 8-year-old son. She then sustained self-inflicted traumatic injuries. Police would not specify what type of injuries. After the boy was assaulted, his father called 911 and jumped into action to preform life-saving measures until police showed up. The boy was taken to a Sheboygan hospital and was eventually transferred to Children s Wisconsin where he continues to recover in critical condition. The mother was stanley thermos mug also taken to a S stanley hrnek heboygan hospital where she remains in stable condition, according to police.Police said a 10-year-old boy was also in the apartment at the time of the incident, but he was unharmed. Police also clarified Thursday that initial reports that the 8-year-old boy was stabbed were false.
