The reports were repeatedly cited during discussions of those bans, but at that point the decision was made to keep them private.As per policy I-36 Trustee Code of Conduct, the board is not required to make the report public. However, in the 4-2 vote on the Oct. 4 motion to release the report, the board declared the ruling to keep the reports private did not meet the necessary criteria for withholding details from the public.
