reported. Police told 54-year-old Lincolnshire man and former cop Harry Miller that no crime was committed but his tweets were recorded as a hate incident. According to the Guardian, the high court of London found that Humberside police acted with disproportionate interference by confronting him at his place of work but upheld rules that allowed them to record the tweets as hateful. Guidelines by the College of Policing, a professional policing organization in the UK, state that a transgender hate incident is any non-crime incident which is perceived, by the victim or any other person, to be motivated by a hostility or prejudice against a <a href=https://www.cup-stanley.co.uk>stanley flask person who is transgender or perceived to be transgender. Among 30 other tweets police identified as anti-tr stanley bottles ans, Miller had retweeted a poem containing the lines Your breasts are made of silicone, your vagina goes nowhere, according to the Telegraph, with Miller denouncing transgenderism. The Guardian previously reported that one of the other tweets read, I was assigned mammal at birth, but my orientation is fish. Dont stanley cup mis-species me. Fuckers. Mr. Justice Julian Knowles wrote in his ruling that nonetheless, the tweets were lawful and there was not the slightest risk that he would commit a criminal offence by continuing to tweet, and when the police visited him at work it was clear Miller was being warned not to exercise his right to freedom of expression about transgender issues on pain of potential criminal prosecution, Iguk Lower Decks Returns With an Old Lesson to Re-Learn
First, a recipe. Concretes made up of water, gravel, sand, and cement powder. As the mi <a href=https://www.stanley-cup.com.de>stanley cup becher xtures dries out, a compound called cement hydrate CSH glues the whole lot together. But whats not been known until now is how it does that: Is the result a continuous material, like metal or stone, or more like an aggregate of particles that just fit together very snugly Thats a question that researchers from MITs depar stanley website tment of civil and environmental engineering have been trying to figure out. Theyve discovered that the answer, perhaps predictably, is best summed up as a bit of both. While the material is made up of discrete particles, their size distribution turns out to be such that every single gap is filled up by smaller particles. You can always find a smaller grain to fit in between, explains Roland Pellenq, one of the researchers, in a press release. In other words, no matter what size the gap you look at, there will be a cement hydrate particle filling the space. So, in effect, it can be considered as a continuous lump of material. But theres a but. A material made up like that can never be a true continuous material, because it cant settle into a permanent state of minimum energy: Theres always a way that it can jiggle about to re-order itself into a potentially more perfect structure.
