DENVER, Colo. KMGH 鈥?Tired of attacks on his character and integrity, Broncos president John Elway refuted Brian Flores allegations that he conducted a sham interview in 2019 and was hungover. Flores na stanley cup med the Broncos as one of three teams in a lawsuit filed against the NFL for racial discrimination. Elway had not planned to respond, but he changed his mind Thursday. I could not be silent any longer with my character, integrity and professionalism being attacked. I took Coach Flores very seriously as a candidate for our head coaching position in 2019 and enjoyed our three-and-a-half hour interview with him. Along with the rest of our group, I was prepared, ready and fully engaged during the entire interview as Brian shared his experience and vision for our team, Elway wrote in a statement. Its unfortunate and shocking to learn for the first time this week that Brian felt differently about our interview with him. Flores accused the Broncos of conducting a sham interview, and wrote in his lawsuit that CEO Joe Ellis and Elway appeared hungover and disinterested. So, I ve had nine interviews with NFL clubs, and one interview where anyone was late. And it wasn t me that was late, it was the interviewers who were late. And that was with the Broncos. There was a reason why they were late. They had been out the night before, Flores said on ESPN s Get Up on Wednesday. stanley thermobecher When you

A U.S. judge has thwarted Google s attempt to dismiss a $5 billion lawsuit alleging the tech giant illegally tracked users online activity, even after they had switched to the Incognito private browsing mode in Chrome.District Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers denied Google s request Monday for a summary judgment, which would have prevented the case from going to trial. In the 36-page decision, Rogers pointed to Google s Privacy Policy, among other things, saying she could not find that users consented to letting Google collect information about their online activity because <a href=https://www.stanley1913.com.es>stanley taza the company never explicitly told them it would. And Googles alleged surreptitious collection of the data inhibited plaintiffs ability to participate in that market. The class actionlawsuit was filed in 2020,alleging Google still harvests data from users in Incognito mode through things like Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, cookies and apps. Memorial Day gas prices will be the highest theyve been since 2014, according to the American Automo <a href=https://www.stanley-cups.us>stanley us bile Association, commonly known as AAA.The holiday, which signifies the beginning of summer for many, is associated with an increase in travel.
