Halton Region reported 60 new cases of COVID-19 Tuesday, as the seven-day average dipped to its lowest mark in nine days.The seven-day average of new cases stands at 60.14. It has not dropped below 60 since Dec. 6.With 99 recoveries reported, the number of active cases across the region dropped by almost 10 per cent from yesterday.
