A Jersey City woman made a shocking discovery on her lawn Friday morning when she noticed a military rocket launcher lying in the grass, reports CBS Station WCBS.Niranjana Besai was leaving her house to go to work at just after 8 a.m. when she saw the launcher on her front lawn.
