There, anyone could sift through about 300 videos from cases that fell under the jurisdiction of the Independent Police Review Authority, an agency responsible for investigating police misconduct.IPRA head Sharon Fairley explained that the agency released videos from more serious incidents involving the Chicago Police Department.
