The update contains information about all introduced Bills/Memorials/Resolutionsand show their status in the legislative process.The veteran related bills most likely to be introduced today:Military Retiree PIT Deduction鈥揳llowing for military retirees who chose to make their home in New Mexico to take a 25 perc <a href=https://www.stanleycup.pl>stanley cup ent deduction of their tax liability on their military retiree pay. This bill will call for a graduated increase in the deduction of 25 percent per year for the next four years.Military Child Custody Protection Act鈥?allows the courts to stop all action regarding an established child custody agreement if the service member is deployed. Also allows for the service member to designate a family member to serve as his or her representative and take their time as agreed in the custody agreement.NMDVS also has requested an appropriation of $600,000 to design and build up to four state run cemeteries around the state.
