WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. 鈥?Florida detectives said late on Monday they were able to identify a woman who fell from an opening draw bridge in West Palm Beach and died after becoming stuck on it while riding her bicycle on Sunday. The victim was identified as a 79-year-old Palm Beach County resident. Her name is being withheld under Marsy s Law. The accident occurred just after 1 p.m. local time on Sunday.
