Authorities in Cleveland, Tennessee, are investigating a Sunday morning fatal collision that led to the death of two men, according to a news release. Cleveland police identified the deceased driver as 49-year-old David Jenkins, and the deceased passenger as 49-year-old Christopher Jacobi.Shortly before 2:30 a.m., a Cleveland police supervisor located a single-vehicle crash involving a silver Ford F150 at the 600 block of North Ocoee Street.
